Club Team Mexicano
Club Team Mexicano combines Club Team Americano with Mexicano. Two clubs each bring fixed pairs, and every pair stays together throughout the tournament.
Every match is a pair from Club A against a pair from Club B. The first round is drawn at random. After that, pairs are ranked within their own club, and the best pair in Club A meets the best pair in Club B on court 1, second best against second best on court 2, and so on.
Unlike Club Team Americano, where every pair plays each pair from the other club once, Club Team Mexicano keeps adapting to the results. Strong pairs meet strong pairs, so the matches stay close.
Requirements: Club Team Mexicano requires two clubs with an equal number of pairs, at least two pairs per club.
Good to know: If there are more pairs than courts, the pairs that have played the fewest matches play in the next round. The club score adds up every point each club wins, so every match counts toward the club total.
